The first egg is free when you fill out a form like this:

Name: (your chao's name)

Class: (helper(helps with quests, fighting, and the like) Fighter(competes in chao karate)or racer(competes in races))

Like, every month you can pay a set number of rings to buy a lottery ticket, and on each ticket is a number between 1 and 30 (considering the number of players, this may be increased according to new players signing up) and on the last day of the month Master Sonic or Lord Alpha will pick a completely random number between 1 and [insert number of players at the end of the month here] i dunno maybe roll a number on this and pay out a large number of rings to whoever's number matches the one rolled ...
